Rachel’s Ginger Beer
Rachel’s Ginger Beer was inspired while living and working for several years in Europe and the introduction to proper ginger beer. Brewed in many neighborhood pubs and served on tap, the British ginger beers they fell in love with represent a level of quality and craftsmanship they felt was absent in mass-produced American sodas. So, after returning home to the PNW, the set out – with the help of several industry friends – to master what might just be the best ginger beer in the world; fresh, fragrant and not too sweet. Partnering with several local farms they’ve befriended through Seattle farmers markets, Rachel’s Ginger Beer brews with care and attention to detail, offering their original recipe and rotating seasonal varietals such as strawberry rhubarb, Asian pear, carrot beet, and raspberry.
