Overview

Activity is invigorating when we love it, and defines us more than we like to admit at times. What you do with your time is up to you generally, unless you’re in slavery, so use it wisely. Occupation mostly refers to our jobs and careers, but applies to much more like volunteer time, hobbies, family time and any other way we spend our time. Time is an incredible resource, and while stressing out is never a great use of it, nor is frittering it away on inane jobs or tasks. Most of us should spend more of our time outside in the fresh air, laughing with friends, and making a difference. Part of sustainability is understanding and working toward social and environmental justice, because to think sustainably is far from passive.
