The Emerald City!

Seattle is where OUT for Sustainability got started, and still serves as our base of operations. OUT4S Seattle hosts Earth Gay service projects and educational “salons” to gather as an LGBTQ community who cares about our fabulous planet, and each other.

April 29th, 2017
9am-1pm
Location: The Arboretum by the Japanese Garden

Join us for the ninth annual Earth Gay Seattle! This year we’re partnering with OUT There Adventures to engage youth in the critical connection between queer identity and environmental action. Earth Gay is an inclusive space for all ages, abilities, genders, race/ethnicities, classes, and orientations to get dirty while meeting new friends and making a difference in our community.

Thank you to Whole Foods for supplementing our snack budget! This is their fourth year to do so and we appreciate the support!!

ACTION UPDATE:

We will be working to complete the work that we began last year on the very same trail. Challenges with the surrounding project prevented Parks from completing the work last summer so we will get to go full circle on this project with Earth Gay Seattle.
