Join OUT for Sustainability and Net Impact Seattle for a social and discussion on the hot topics in sustainable travel. We’ll mingle with a diverse mix of folks in a casual environment while getting a snapshot of the cool things happening in sustainable travel!
As we settle in, a short discussion between Adventure Travel Trade Association, REI Adventures and EverGreen Escapes where we are on the road to sustainable travel. Then we’ll dive deeper in small groups led by the folks who know their stuff in a variety of travel-related subjects, including:

* Environment: The Little Things that Make a Big Difference
* Culture: How to Prepare Before Entering Foregin Cultures
* Policy: How Regulatory Changes Can Help Pave the Way

Don’t Put That in Your Mouth

Join OUT for Sustainability for a Sustainability and Society Series (SaSS) Social featuring queer perspectives on sustainable food and agriculture. “Don’t Put That in Your Mouth” will be a social mixer where we’ll lightly facilitate conversation to dive into our values around what we put in our mouth. To make sure we keep it fun, we’ll have snacks and drinks on hand and hosts to make the introductions that create fascinating conversation.
Thank you to Oola Distillery for sponsoring cocktails with their local, craft liquor. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available.
Suggested donation of $5 to help cover our costs. This event is for LGBTQ individuals and straight allies alike, we look forward to seeing you at this fabulous event!
