Fab Planet Summit 2016

San Francisco, California

June 3rd through 5th, 2016

OUT for Sustainability invites you to Fab Planet, the foremost LGBTQ summit on the intersection of environment, society and identity. Part expert talk and part forum, this biennial gathering provides space for leading thinkers in LGBTQ and sustainability issues to explore the nexus and strategize how to advance both causes to achieve “A Fabulous Planet.”

Fab Planet is more than a conference. It’s a place to gather, discuss and create change. As such, we encourage a diversity of participants and participation.

Schedule

FRIDAY JUNE 3: Our opening reception sets the summit’s tone, inviting participants to meet and develop relationships in advance of Saturday’s sessions.

SATURDAY JUNE 4: Expert panels sessions through the day delve deep into the intersection of LGBTQ identity and sustainability values, with a picnic break in nearby Dolores Park. The day finishes with a honoree keynote and cocktail party celebration. The day’s intention is to provide a space to explore the forefront of LGBTQ sustainability issues, actions and solutions for a rapidly changing planet.

SUNDAY JUNE 5: Local sustainability activities continue the conversation, providing further insights in a relaxed environment, wrapping up the summit with inspiration.
